"The warranty info was easy to understand..."
The warranty info was easy to understand, and figuring out the return process wasn’t confusing at all. Support didn’t turn it into a hassle either, which surprised me a little?? Overall, I’m happy with how everything went.

"Good price, but a few bumps"
I ended up ordering from VRLA Tech because the price caught my eye, honestly. I was comparing a bunch of places, getting lost in specs, and theirs seemed like a solid deal for what you get. The PC has been running fine so far, so no big complaints there.

The whole process wasn’t perfect though. Shipping took longer than I thought it would, and I kept checking for updates but there just wasn’t much to go on. Not the end of the world, but it did make the wait feel longer, especially when you’re excited to get a new PC.

Overall, I’d say it’s decent. Not amazing, not terrible, kind of right in the middle. The value is there if you’re mainly looking at price and specs, but the experience could be smoother. Three stars feels about right to me.

"I went with VRLA Tech mostly because..."
I went with VRLA Tech mostly because I could swap around the parts instead of just picking some preset prebuilt that was sort of close to what I wanted.

The customization options were easy to follow, even for someone like me who only knows roughly what I’m doing. I liked being able to choose things like the GPU, storage, and cooling without feeling like I had to decode a bunch of tech specs.
Checkout took just a few minutes or so, and the questions I had got answered fairly quickly. The PC showed up pretty much the way I ordered it and has been running great so far. I’d probably use them again if I end up needing another build.

"Setup was more frustrating than I expected"
I was excited to get it going, but the setup ended up taking way longer than I thought it would. The instructions weren’t super clear, and this is where it got annoying, I had to keep guessing what the next step was instead of just following along smoothly

"Showed up way sooner than I thought"
I was surprised by how fast it arrived. I placed my order and somehow it was at my door in just two days. Definitely a nice surprise!

"PC has been solid so far"
I got my VRLA Tech PC about a month ago, and so far it’s been running really well. I was a little cautious at first, so I kept an eye on temps, updates, and any weird noises or crashes, but nothing concerning has come up. Games load fast, temps stay low, and it’s been smooth overall.
I mainly play Warzone, Fortnite, and some single-player games, and the FPS is a big step up from my old setup. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but I made sure to track everything and check the PC over carefully when it arrived. No issues so far, and I’m happy with the purchase.

"Pretty disappointed with the build quality"
I was expecting a bit more from this case. It has some rattling, and the side panel doesn’t line up properly, which makes the whole thing feel kind of cheap. Not the worst, but definitely disappointing...

"Ordered from vrlatech.com and I was impressed..."
Ordered from vrlatech.com and I was impressed with how it showed up. The outside box had a few scuffs and little rubbed corners from shipping, but I always check that stuff right away, and the inside was what mattered. Everything was packed in tight, with no empty space for parts to slide around.
The foam pieces and padding were fitted really well, even around the smaller edges and corners, and I didn’t see any scratches, cracks, or loose bits anywhere. It took me a few extra minutes to peel back all the layers and get everything out, but I’d rather deal with a little unpacking mess than find something damaged.

I got exactly what I ordered, so no real complaints there. Everything matched and nothing was missing, which I was a little surprised by because I usually expect something to be off. It went fine, but I still kept checking everything just in case

I remember being a bit stressed when the issue came up, but support got back to me really quickly. From what I recall, they had it sorted out without much back-and-forth, which made the whole experience a lot easier.

"Support was slow, but they did try"
I don’t want to be unfair because the support team was polite, but it took way too long to get help. After all that waiting, my issue still wasn’t fully fixed, which was frustrating. I get that tech problems can take time, but I expected a clearer update or a better resolution.
